George “Bud” Benscoter (Ph.D., Penn State University) owns GMB Performance Group, a firm specializing in organizational behavior, performance consulting, and training and development. A graduate in Instructional Systems Design, Bud has co-authored two textbooks on instructional design and performance consulting along with numerous articles on related topics. He has taught in Education and Business graduate programs at Penn State, Wharton, Duke University, George Washington and Boise State University.
